Sorry to hear this Stef. Personally I think your review is out of order and incorrect. I haven’t even had the glasses in for two weeks and you won this giveaway on the 25th July which is not two weeks. I can’t help anything once it goes beyond me shipping items. I certainly wouldn’t send out a scratched pair-giveaway or purchased. All my parcels are recorded for these reasons and I am happy to send this recording over to what not to show there is no scratches on them glasses and they are the correct brand.
