After seeing condition on stream I said it looks closer to MP with how much whitening it had. Receive it in and noticing smudge on back of card as well as several mini creases around the card. Definitely in the realm of HP now, as well as a $25 difference in value of the card.
Although shipped in top loader and all cards sleeved, it was just loose in the bubble mailer
