Reviews (150)I'm happy overall, shipping took longer than expected, and the Item a bit more beat up than I hoped. When I purchased I specifically asked for condition of items. They appeared to have no scratches, or a lot of wear/tear and was also told they were in great condition. The 2 LV wallets and Prada where in good/ok condition. The tan & black Gucci was Wallets have a lot of wear, they look so old. Never would have purchased the cream colored one like that. I also purchased COA (paid $40 for all of them) and did not receive them. Along with $10 chains for all an also did not receive them. With that said; seller owes me $250.
Wallets where just thrown into a box, not even wrapped, just some paper stuffed on top, pretty poorly done. Overpriced and found out that there was a big tear on the inside of the wallet. Was also promised something “extra” but nothing was added. I never received my order. I was supposed to receive a “Gucci” wallet, but nothing ever arrived. The tracking provided shows it was sent as a USPS envelope, which would not even fit a wallet—and USPS envelope tracking isn’t actually trackable... This is a scam. Ended up taking home a free hoodie giveaway with free shipping so I picked up a nice lv wallet. Everything came as described, thankss!! :) I ordered a wallet based on what seller had told me before buying it. I was hesitant to make the purchase at all but he told me not to worry that I could return the wallet if it didn’t match my bag or I didn’t like it once I received it. I believed him so proceeded with purchasing. The same day I got it, I messaged him because the edges were peeling all around, which he never mentioned, and the color was not a match despite him telling me he looked up the color specifically and that it was the right one. He told me to give him a day to get back to me, it took him 3, then he said he was waiting on the return label from whatnot. I waited a couple days and still nothing, I reached out 3 more times and got no response. I found the area on the app to request help with the order but it said I missed the return window. I feel like he strung me along telling me he was getting the label knowing that the return timeframe would pass and I’d be stuck with it. Feel like I got played & I’m out $133! One of the worst sellers I’ve come across on whatnot. Never sent out the giveaway which was supposed to be a big into energy serenity labubu. I sent multiple messages that were all ignored. I ended up commenting on two of his lives and he told me he’d send tracking and never did. Waited two weeks for nothing. Don’t even waste your time. sweet seller. any minor damage was fully disclosed and gave me a great deal. My Chanel bag finally has a matching wallet. A+ The second time now I’ve ordered from them and it has been perfect. I bought two things this time a wallet and a bag and both great. Been recommending. Thank you guys. A+! Got a message that they had accidentally broken the zipper but sent it anyway. Didn’t offer a refund or see if I still wanted it- said it was a good deal anyway. Packaging was great. After I received, asked for refund and they said they would follow up and never did. Whatnot intervened and got the return taken care of. I’m disappointed- it was a fun show and good vibes but just expected to get what I ordered. The most gorgeous bag everrr, and it was such a great experience! Great service! Great packaging!
