The count across stitch was done beautifully.But there was staining on the side of it. i gently washed it and the stain did not come out.So that is why I am unhappy with it.Hi Sunshine, please dm me your email so I can rectify this. Only concern was box had one stamp that said fragile but box came in the mail and it had clearly been smashed. The plate on the bottom took the impact and was broken. I just got a similar message from another buyer but the outcome was better. This came from Dianna2020: “Just wanted you to know that the plates made it. You definitely know how to ship breakables. The boxed was trashed and had a hole in the side and I did not see one broken item. BRAVO! I was so worried when I saw the box.
