I actually contacted whatnot on your behalf because they told me to do shipping that way. They have actually refunded buyers as we’ve been contacting them about the way shipping wasn’t bundled automatically and should have been. So sorry - whatnot was aware of the issue. We sent so many emails to them that night and they were supposed to take care of it. The shipping that was on screen though was what you paid so unfortunately it isn’t a new price that was added after purchase. Items were fine but way overcharged on shipping.. should have been bundled in 1 box.. instead I was charged for more boxes .. I paid less for 7 - 40oz shipping than I did 3 small tumblers, 2 straw toppers and a 4 pack of straws .. thanks but no thanks .. can’t afford the shipping 😵💫🤷♀️✌️As sellers, whatnot has changed the shipping on everyone and we are all trying to navigate that change. If for some reason the shipping is too high, the buyer has a right now to purchase. I’m sorry that happened but it was on the screen at time of purchased. You weren’t charged more than what you saw on the screen. It does suck and I wish they’d do better with shipping. The stickers on the cups are a nightmare to get off even with scrubbingSorry about that. We try our best to take off pallet dust and things but the stickers that come with it are on the live and have to be shipped that way, I wish we could remove them all. Love my bottles!!
