Won a drop/red coin—was supposed to be $500 value. I received a 60mm quartz sphere and a tower. Not worth anywhere near $500. In addition, I was told not to worry about delivery and tariffs. Not so much. I paid an $18 delivery fee, then I got slammed with a $39 tariff fee from UPS. Shelby wanted me to refuse delivery, pay him and said he would send it another way. No idea who was supposed to refund my money when I refused delivery. No matter how he sent it, I would have incurred a tariff. I reluctantly paid UPS as I assumed there were $500 worth of crystals. On the video he provides he says there’s 1 more surprise in the box. Nothing. I am out a total of almost $110 for a sphere and tower I would not have purchased at that, much less $500. International buyers beware—you WILL BE CHARGED A TARIFF. When questioned, I was told he does “so much for this community” and told me to shop elsewhere. He also said he had family issues, but that doesn’t help my financial loss. BEWARE! Fast shipping!! Great quality Very happy and impressed with the quality of all the items I received!
