Reviews (1,583)The seller was very kind, my order shipped quickly, and everything was packaged well. Unfortunately, one Littlest Pet Shop was missing from my order. They offered to replace it with the same pet at no cost, but I would need to purchase something during one of their live shows. I sent a message asking when they planned to go live, but I didn’t receive a response. I had gotten a bit busy so i hadn’t been on whatnot much. After about another week, I just decided to request a refund for the missing LPS instead, and the refund was processed. I also let them know I had requested the refund, but I still didn’t receive a reply. I hope they do see my messages so they know i did get a refund. Overall, I appreciate that they were willing to make things right, and I understand that mistakes can happen, especially with larger orders like mine. I would still consider purchasing from them again in the future, but I’ll keep in mind that missing items are something that could happen. 💜 The caterpillar I got had a weird substance on its eyes that was really difficult to get off but other than that everything was great!
