We shipped this giveaway at our expense, it was accepted by the carrier, scanned, and marked as delivered. We provided that information and referred you to Whatnot Support, as there was nothing further we could do. Despite clear proof of delivery, you continued threatening a negative review over a FREE item. Your review says you can’t trust us, but based on this experience, we do not trust you as a buyer. Sellers should be aware of the unnecessary headaches that can come from this givvy winner. Probably will not be purchasing anything again from this seller had another problem with the last product I bought from him and he was gonna make it right and never didr_and_e_toolsandhomeSeller
This review is extremely misleading. We offered a full return/refund over two months ago and clearly explained the exact steps needed to receive a prepaid return label. You never started the return, never sent the item back, and never responded to us again after April 2.
Claiming we “never made it right” is simply not accurate. We approved the resolution and were waiting on you to complete your part of the process. Since the item was never returned and communication stopped entirely, we have no way to verify there was ever an issue with the item at all.
