I guess because everything was going way under value and she was hoping to steal it at a buck & go. she messaged saying to cancel the givey she won without purchasing anything and told me she was mad I didnt run the coin she asked about. I did what I could to explain & apologize but she said she she didnt care and leaving a bad review. Okay, my motto, LET THEM!! Its impossible to please an unpleasable person! Thank you. one of the coins I got was not 22k gold I get it checked and it ended up being 14 k and was told it was 90 persent gold kinda disappointed but the silver I got was good at least Unfortunately human labeling errors can occasionlly occur. We have honest & transparent business practices and will own our mistakes. We weren't given an opportunity to see if it was our error or not. Giving a seller a chance to correct a simple mistake by returning or accepting a partial refund is the best outcome in these situations. I bought over $700 again on their second show as I was getting great deals so I spent 4 hours in the show. I just got notified that they cancelled my second show items because of “previous issues”. They now blocked me but I never wrote this review from my first order until everything with the fake gold was refunded. The 1/100th gold he purchased is .9999 pure, exactly as the manufacturer case stated as well as our sigma pro and XRF gun display when tested even after returned by the customer. We are honest & transparent so our company policy is to immediately block buyers that appear problematic to our business.
