Head turns 360 degrees tag is unreadable and all black stitching it poor and visible So sorry you have a issue with your order. They are verified by supplier before they are up put for sale. I have documentation verified authentication. Labubus heads do turn 360 degrees. As for black stitching please send us a photo as we inspected all items before they are put up for sale and we did not notice any "black stitching".
