I ordered three items from this seller, and unfortunately, two of them arrived with noticeable stains that could not be removed. I reached out to the seller, and she initially said she would refund the items. Later, she mentioned there was an issue with Whatnot, and I never received any refund. I even asked if she could replace the stained items with something similar in good condition, but I never heard back.
Overall, I’m really disappointed with this experience.I sent you screenshots of me requesting you to be refunded from my account. The sale was already completed so it’s not as simple as me cancelling the order. If whatnot doesn’t do their part, not sure how I’m supposed to help that. What was incorrect with your order? Other reviews do not match the issues you’ve experienced so I’d like to make this right. If you received an incorrect size it was a mistake, so let’s talk and make it right! Items are exactly as they were shown in livestream. Excellent condition with no imperfections/flaws. Packaged well and fast shipping. Great seller! Arrived quickly! Shows move at a great pace. Received my items and they were cute but there was some wear on the overalls that wasn’t shown.
