All were healthy!!! I am new to what not but how do I know when you are live??? Please please please the stickers that say handle with care, love plants really makes a difference in how USPS handles the packages. Plants made it because of the great job at wrapping them and adding cushions but they beat the heck out of the box and put it in the mailbox 📪 with this heat! Please Rachel even if you run out of stickers write with a marker handle with care live plants. Thank you 🙏🏾 Thank you My experience I have put stickers on the boxes that say handle with care in the past for multiple shows and they mistreat them even more.
So I no longer put handle with care stickers. I’m sorry that happened & so glad they all made it. 🫶 Always so thrilled to get a box of plants from Rachel! The quality is excellent and always packed up beautifully for safe transit. I’m so glad I found such a great spot to support my plant addiction 😂.

The majority of the soil was out of the pot and all over the box. The plant seems as if it was repotted before shipping as the soils was loose and dry. It is what it is, but I’m not very pleased 😥 Three out of five plants for absolutely destroyed during the shipping process. This seller did the right thing, even thought it was out of her control. Previous order, arrived very quickly with no issue. Thank you Rachel.Wish I could post the picture of what the box looked like. Wish USPS would get it together and stop smashing the boxes. This is my first purchase and I already love it here. The plants came so fast and packaged well. I purchased a White Vein Philodendron and a Compacta Hindu Rope. I won the givvy and they gave me a VARIEGATED Hindu Rope. It felt very mindful and considerate to open such a surprise. Not to mention I’ve been wanting a variegated rope. Thank you so much!
