I did receive it, although it was just a sticker. I completely understand that it costs you money to give things away and then pay to ship them, so I understand your side of it. I just wanted to share my perspective as a customer as well.I spent around $5,000 chasing giveaways just last month, so when I win something, I do expect to feel like the seller values the customers who are supporting their room. When a giveaway ends up being something as small as a sticker, it honestly leaves me feeling like my time and money weren’t really appreciated.
I realize you may not care about losing my business, and that’s okay, but I wanted to be honest about how it made me feel. As a customer, I’m not going to continue spending money in a room where I don’t feel the giveaways or the customer experience are being taken seriously.
