Reviews (224)I purchased my item on the 15th. I did not receive until the 27th. Seller did not respond to me other than letting me know where they were shipping from. Customer was responded to and We informed her that USPS was delayed based on what the tracking history showed. Unfortunately, we do not have control on when the package arrives once it is in the hands of the carrier. I informed the customer if it did not arrive they should contact WhatNot support to have a refund processed . Thank you for the giveaway. I had to pay shipping for the way that it was sent. I still appreciate what you sent! I understand this was a free Givvy. BUT I was charged 5.88 postage due. For a silicone bracelet. It was shipped from the seller as a flat item but was bulky.
