Well I ordered a bag of substrate on what not and paid full price but I received a defective bag with huge leca balls. I have sent three messages over a 2 week span and no answer back whatsoever. It sucks to send your hard earned money on a product and receiving not what you ordered and no consumer service. Another thing is I have not had fungus gnats in the house, until I introduced this substrate to my plants. It also says five DRY quarts on the bag but the substrate is soaking wet. Also, if you don’t open the bag immediately, you will have a bunch of fungus growing on the substrate, it happened in another bag that i ordered at one point because it’s wet not DRY. So Warning make sure you don’t want a headache before purchasing from this company. FYI this is also the guy that decides if you get a return or not in the plant section of WhatNot!!! There’s also a good chance that you will receive damaged plants with receiving through this company.
