One item shown as new, and my free item (hot wheels), arrived completely ripped off the cardboard. I received a refund for the paid item that was destroyed. Several items were extremely dirty (dirt & mildew spots on Barbie furniture), which is understandable for used items, but was not disclosed in the live stream.
