I agree that is unacceptable. unfortunately, sometimes things get lost in the mail or take a while depending on location and distance. everyone who buys from me knows I ALWAYS ship next day. Sadly, after that it is out of my hands and if it takes longer to arrive than expected that is not my fault. im glad you like your figs though. I hope the delayed arrival didn't deter you from buying again. Everything was exceptionally packed and looks great including the minifig cases!! they are amazing! thank you so much.
