The packing material used for the padding was actual trash (empty food boxes). I reached out seller to seller, not for a refund, but to have a discussion that quickly turned into this seller being rude and nasty. I do not recommend this seller. If you are wrong, own it. I thought it was very cute. It unfortunately had a very strong smoke odor to it. These two swung vases are great! Your packaging was spot on, and arrived safely!
