Reviews (34)Seems like a lovely young lady. Does speak a good customer service game, but follow up is weak. She needs more crochet practice to get her designs just right. She forgot to attach the hat to my witch kitty and told me it was supposed to be that way so I could put it where I wanted. However, hat doesn’t stay on head and the cat doesn’t have a second ear. So either poor design planning or, thought I was an idiot. She never responded to a follow up email about redoing the octopus I ordered in the correct color I ordered. I ordered pink. She sent me one in lavender purple. She thought it was pink. I wish her well but I’ll find someone who can focus, knows their colors and has more experience crocheting. The buyer denied me making her new octopus after I kindly offered to make her a new one. she chose the color during my live and then changed your mind afterwards, saying it was too purple.I voiced my concerns, and she said it would be okay. screenshots prove and show it's what she actually picked. the cats hat , she is referring to is supposed to have one ear and be removable for adjustability, pictures also prove that it does stay on the head. her opinion does not reflect my crochet ability, she clearly just can't be happy or helped. good luck to the next crafter that she comes across.
