Rachel is a wonderful seller, and all the items look exactly as they did on camera. She made sure to carefully pack and protect all breakables. I'm so very happy with my purchases and would buy from her again! I was missing the two items I bought all of this for & during the show her & her husband both told me they would reimburse the second shipping fee I paid bc she had entered them for 1-3 lbs ea & asked the chat how. So after 2 items I was charged again bc of it. One lady told her she could credit it,the couple ensured me they would so I kept buying. She even sent me a msg asking how & I told her she would have to contact WN. I never got it back or heard anymore. then I realized I was shipped the top of these two items (lids) but not the 2 jars themselves & upon asking she told me she would look if I wanted her to 😳 Great transaction!!!! All items were packaged beautifully!!!!! Thank you so much!!!! Excellent service very kind great pricing. Although their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this seller. I got pieces been looking to add to collection so many great items.
