The label was not generated until June 26, two weeks later. I don’t know when it was actually dropped off at the post office, but it finally arrived today, July 16. However, when I opened the package, it was the wrong item!Hi, as notified before, I have been dealing with family issues as well as personal medical issues hence delayed delivery would take place. I submitted drop-off at post office shortly after and it looked like the USPS was holding the package and had multiple packages come back to my address, not only from you but other customers, I am not sure as to why. I filed a claim with USPS as to this is not your package and I am sorry due to this. Sorry for your disappointment, however I would love to make things right due to multiple factors please contact me as stated before with any questions Such a cute wooden cut out!! Thank you!
