The item arrived with ripped packaging, debris inside, and contents that didn’t match the packaging. What bothered me most was the seller’s attitude. She came across as rude and dismissive, repeatedly focusing on one issue instead of trying to understand all of my concerns. There was never an apology or acknowledgment of the condition I received it in. I ultimately had to escalate the issue to Whatnot Support, who reviewed the situation and issued me a full refund. Shipped quickly and packaged safely trusted seller, authentic needohs, fast shipping, packaged so well. great live, definitely will be ordering more from her! 🫶 Everything was wrap in bubble wrap and packaging was great! 😊
