A pleasure to do business with !! Look no further than them! No packaging around my purchase was disappointing. The purse was just put in a flimsy shipping bag, which had holes in it when it arrived. I know these are good deals but it still wasn’t a cheap purchase for me. I was disappointed with this purchase. The bag was listed as being in new condition, but when it arrived, it had a large tear on the inside that was not disclosed. It appears the damage may have been caused by the strap being forced into the bag during packing.
Before leaving this review, I reached out to the seller to give them the opportunity to address the issue. They replied that they were out of the country, apologized for the delayed response, and instructed me to go through Whatnot for a resolution.
I appreciate the response and apology, but I believe buyers should receive items in the condition they are advertised.
