I hit a card in a Reef Monkey break and never received it. It’s wild to me that such a big company can simply fail to ship a card someone hit and act like that’s okay. I paid for the break and expected to receive my card. This has been a really disappointing experience, and I won’t be breaking with Reef Monkey again. Nobody wants to reply to emails either.
