I waited before leaving this review to give the seller every opportunity to resolve the issue, but unfortunately she refused to do so.
This was a Buy It Now purchase, not an auction listing. The jeans were advertised as new and the listing did not disclose any flaws or missing parts. When I received them, they were missing a button. I immediately contacted the seller and sent photos documenting the defect.
Instead of resolving the issue, the seller continued to delay without providing a meaningful solution. After waiting for weeks with no resolution, I am leaving this review so other buyers are aware of my experience.I responded to each of your messages offering to accept a return or refund, but you never initiated the request after asking you to do so multiple times. I clearly stated that I could not process a return without this initiation on your end. I offered multiple solutions to the issue, but you did not follow through. So glad I took your advice on measurements. The Daily Practice pants are too good! Thank you! Everything came fast as always and everything came as expected!
