I have shopped with RefreshedTech before but this recent purchase was not great. item up to bid was a Bluebird F550 and during the stream the seller mentioned "WORKING factory set. And it also has a scanner. You can use for memoies." 1st. The phone has no scanner and the functions on it does not let it connect with anything wifi or Sim. I believe some items should not be sold at all. If they sell Bluebirds I suggest not to put them up for sell. Literally was $40 plus down the drain. AWESOME AWESOME PRODUCTS!! They advertised it came with a charger, so yes it came with a charger but it was a usb-c and the Dell laptop takes a barrel charger. I tried to call seller no answer left message. I started a complaint through whatnot and I heard nothing for 14 days. I purchased an adapter on Amazon for about $10 so I could make it work. It’s frustrating I thought seller and/or whatnot would be more receptive if things weren’t as described. Received it yesterday, and it doesn’t have a barcode scanner, I can’t figure out how to turn it into a “mobile computer”, and have tried downloading apps from the Google Play Store onto it and all the apps I’ve tried, are not compatible with the version of android that it’s running. It even comes with YouTube built in, that doesn’t even run because it says it needs to update. Go into the play store… YouTube is incompatible. So haven’t been able to do anything with the device.
