Reviews (379)shipping was delayed several days. Good ol' USPS. Not seller's fault. Outside of box was in rough shape... again USPS. Thank goodness the seller shrink wrapped everything together or I would've lost a power cable or controller. The hole in the side of the box was pretty big. the shrink wrap and bubble tape hid everything inside the box pretty good or I probably never would have gotten the package if the shippers saw what was inside. Console worked straight out of the box. I happened to have a HDMI cable in my computer bag and I ship all my packages to work to avoid porch pirates, so was able to power the PS4 up immediately after receiving from the mail carrier.
