You had 2 characters in a marvel break that ended up not having any cards in the boxes we opened. As you mentioned, I sent you bonus cards because your spots did not get any cards. Im not able to ship cards of characters that we do not pull as there aren’t any cards to ship. The show notes clearly state that if your character does not hit, that you will be sent random cards as well as top loaded cards (which you were sent). Would’ve been nice if you could’ve messaged me prior to a negative review so I could’ve tried to work things out with you.
