Edith forever 💙 This is the first time I’ve ever had to give a bad review and honestly if I could give zero stars on all questions I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased an item on 4/19/26 she printed the label but never shipped it. I reached out kindly after two weeks and it took her about a week or so to respond. When she did she had a ridiculous excuse of why it had not shipped about how she ships glass items first. She still never shipped it. She continued to have daily shows not responding to any of my messages, shipping out all of her other orders. I even asked her in the chat of one of her shows if she could please check her messages after her show. She and her mod ignored me and literally no one else was talking in the chat so they saw it. After a month went by I finally reached out to WN support. All I wanted was my item. I didn’t want it to result in this. I gave plenty of patience and grace over the month waiting but she didn’t even take the time to apologize. Terrible! Some of the best packaging I've seen! Came quickly too! Great seller!
