Reviews (870)no reply from seller when tried to send back / refund items were damaged due to horrible packaging. box was busted on arrival. no support in box for the systems. came cracked and broken and with no power cords or half the power cord. no response from seller. had to get whatnot support to help resolve issue. WARNING TO BUYERS Described as advertised. Fast shipping! Order arrived early box was damaged but I’m putting that on usps order was a little bit damaged as well but not too bad but everything works amazingly everything worked great only issue was post office lost the package during shipping for about 5 days. not at all the sellers fault. Feedback : So got my package today. I bought two Xbox consoles. One special edition halo(broken) and a reg Xbox. I plan to fix up both. They got to me safe and sound for the most part. The issue is,
the box they came in has got to be the worst packaging, I’ve seen in a long time. It had bubble wrap in between them both, but it really didn’t do anything. Secondly, there was a big ahh hole on the side of the box. I’m surprised it didn’t give out and just fall out. USPS doesn’t care about “caring” for our packages. We really don’t know how they are handling our stuff (behind the scenes). The show was amazing, seller gave great exceptional deals and ran items when asked. Hard to find sellers keeping up with chat. Just my 2 cents but try to put big items in a box within a box or wrap them individually with bubble wrap. I will still continue to buy from seller. Learning from our mistakes is how we grow so 5 ⭐️ as always. Just tweak the shipping issues I mentioned and you’ll be great. 🙏🏽 Extremely fast shipping and well packaged!
