Reached out to buyer to resolve any and all issues, but did not receive a response for several days. When original purchase was made and I said some pages were crinkled, you were okay because you were going to junk Journal with them. When all was said and not done, she cancelled 2nd order even after receiving it in first package, then blocked me. Whatnot customer service was able to see everything and refunded my money from the sale.
