Shared condition of cib as best I could on stream for 7 minutes. Additionally had pics in item description identifying all damage including what is a small crease not a tear being mentioned. Contacted buyer and offered full refund and return. Thank you for the support, sorry you felt unsatisfied with your purchase. I do try to be as transparent as possible for all items especially high dollar items. Always happy to take questions for additional pictures or views of anything prior to running items.
