It seemed that the matte finish had not been applied correctly making them look cheap. Unfortunately an exchange wasn’t possible (sold out items) so I received a refund which I am thankful for. I don’t hold this against the seller- I have received many beautiful pieces of jewelry from her that I wear daily. Ordered 11 items (plus one givvy), love them all; however, one bracelet was faulty.
