In my whole career of purchasing plants online, this was the best I've seen!! The package got delayed in the mail for a WEEK and everything came healthy (even one leaf Alocasias 👀), maybe a little stressed, but that's fixable. Plants were very nice if the box didn’t get destroyed Every alocasia was corned prior to shipping. Idc about the corms being removed, but it shouldn’t be don’t immediately before you sell and ship the plants. The alocasias came out of their pots due to loose roots and of course lost half their leaves as a result of the stress. The philodendron was perfect. Absolutely loved all my plants! I picked up my order cause Im local and Ixa and Ricky made it super smooth. They had great communication and very sweet. 🪴 Perfection as always!!! Love getting Healthy plants that aren’t broken & that’s a rarity when you live in southern southeast Alaska. It was a fast turnaround, which is also pretty rare considering that ship times (no matter the carrier) are always slightly longer, and all cargo gets beat up - but not this little guy!! This little snake plant made the journey unscathed - thanks to some excellent packing. This transaction turn around time was fast, I got a fair priced plant that is healthy and happy, so all in all it was a smooth transaction start to finish. I will definitely be back.
