The breaker said he felt bad and talked for 5 mins about how he was going to make it right on the back end. Had to chase them to follow thru for over a week. They finally followed thru and sent me a package. I get to my mailbox and it’s a $20 card. Unbelievable.
Did the breaker have to make it right? No. But once you spend 5 mins promising you’re going to you better follow thru. This experience was far worse than simply having a bad break. 3 weeks all in of stress, anger, frustration, and disappointment.
Everyone I talked to expected them to send a ~$400 box. A ~$20 card is a joke, likely I literally feel like this was a prank. Doesn't ship vet base cards!!! Especially on higher end breaks.
