Item 40 was a graded hockey card slab of Zack Jones card. The case was delivered cracked. Everything else was perfect. I assume this was Canada post fault while delivering as image was fine during the auction. Unfortunately Canada Post did seem to damage the package. This was packaged in a bubble mailer as all our shipments are. Customer reached out and was immediately provided a refund for the damaged item as well as offered other free items upon next order. The negative review is unfortunate for a CP issue that was handled on our end immediately. Card is in great condition, shipped quickly Amazing experience as usual!
