Buyers were bidding for the opportunity to hit one of the chase items, and all bids were placed voluntarily under those disclosed terms. Sorry to hear the package wasn’t delivered. The order was shipped on time and tracking showed it was in the carrier’s possession. Unfortunately, once it’s handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. I’d recommend reaching out to Whatnot Support so they can help with the missing package.
