Very poor internet service during the break, almost impossible to watch. Just received my order on 9/9 and the break was on 8/26. Claims he had a printer issue or some crap lame excuse. When buyer informed us of poor internet quality we checked on several different devices that the stream still was looking smooth as it was and then we contacted the buyer that the service was not on our end and was more than likely due to the buyers internet connections. We explained that our label printer was down and that we ordered a new one and had to wait for it to come in. Buyer DM us multiple times and we explained to them the situation very well 3 separate times and offered a full refund for the delay Received my cards quickly and undamaged.
