Reviews (28)First time buying from Ritasrhinestone and just received my packages. I would like to first say how fantastic every single thing was packaged. Secondly, every item not only made it perfectly, but looks better in person. Sellers were great, and will 1000% be buying more from them. Absolutely recommend everyone to buy from them. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!! Everything was great! Thank you for the pen also!!! Nicely packaged thank you so much! Excellent product, great service, fast shipping! Would buy from this dealer again! It's a beautiful piece. love it so much, but sadly it came to me broken, but nothing a little super glue can't fix. overall love it!ritasrhinestonecreationsSeller
I would have gladly given u a refund it was not broke when I shipped it assure u and I wrapped the piece many times over and made sure inside was packed all with bubble wrap and tapped tightly as well so the bubble wrap stayed secure! Its nice to give a seller a chance before u leave 1 star rating as if I did it poorly! Im sorry that our shipping services dont care how they handle boxes even when u have them marked glass and fragile! I honestly thought it was packaged nicely and would have been fine! Please consider reaching out 1st for others sake. Beautiful item. Well packed and shipped promptly. Thanks Beautiful item. An extra little gift included. Thanks
