Highly recommend this seller 😀 Everything came perfectly and I’m excited to start my first ever corms USPS took so long that the Silver Dragon was DOA Because of your impeccable packaging, my plants made it beautiful even after being delayed by usps for 5 days! I’m still learning the best ways to ship plants, and based on experiences like yours I’ve already switched to using sturdy boxes instead of poly mailers to better protect them. My order came in a poly mailer, it was a mess upon opening.

I’ve listened to the feedback from my customers and have already changed my shipping method to sturdy boxes to help prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately all 3 plants are/were uprooted in shipping. There was no direction written on box for it to stay upright nor did the box have labeled Live Plants. Shipping can be rough on live plants, and I understand how disappointing it is to open a package in that condition. Thankfully, plants that become uprooted during transit can often recover once they’re replanted and given a little time to settle in. I truly hope they bounce back for you.
