Reviews (34)I was excited for this delivery but it was delayed in transit. When the box arrived both plants and fish were dead. I reached out to the seller and they told me that I needed to message them within two hours of delivery (which is unreasonable- the package was lost for 2 days- it arrived 48 hours late which is not my fault) Apparently even if your fish arrive two days late this seller has zero interest in customer service and considers it not their problem. USPS automatically offers $100 shipping protection on priority mail shipping so this package was insured but the seller is too lazy and greedy to fill out the form on line and get the refund. We're sorry your order experienced an extended USPS delay. However, our Live Arrival Guarantee applies exclusively to UPS Next Day Air. This policy is clearly stated in our shop bio, show notes, and livestreams. You were also personally contacted before shipment and offered upgraded shipping. USPS Priority Mail does not qualify for our guarantee, and its included insurance does not automatically cover livestock mortality. We respectfully disagree with your characterization of our business. We take livestock welfare and customer service seriously and have provided documentation to Whatnot. Received order very quickly! It was well packed and arrived with fish in good health! The plant was very nice also! Plus the instructions included were very helpful and shows they care about what they are doing and not just pushing product through. Shipping was faster than expected! Beautiful mystery snail, well packaged, and alive/seemingly healthy! Seller had good communication too! My little sweethearts came and no DOAs. shipping was chaotic though, but at least I got my little freaks!💕 I got 7 fish all together and only 1 doa of my tetras but definitely will be buying more right now...it'd be cool if he added a extra in for that doa wink wink ordering 2 more 3packs rn. Three days in transit can cause stress, wilting, and discoloration in live aquatic plants. Thank you for your feedback. Based on the photos provided, the organism appears to be a live blackworm, not a leech. We routinely feed our livestock live blackworms 2–3 times weekly, as was also discussed during the livestream, so occasionally one may make its way onto a plant. We’re glad the plants arrived healthy and well packed. We are disappointed by the 1-star overall rating, as it does not seem consistent with the 5-star packaging, 4-star shipping, and 3-star accuracy ratings provided.
