With all the extra in shipping, my items were not worth all I've paid. plus they weren't even packaged that well.I’m glad to hear your items arrived safely. The charge from UPS relates to tariffs and import fees assessed by your government, which are collected by the carrier when the package enters your country. These charges aren’t set or controlled by me as the seller.
If you have concerns about those fees, the best place to raise them would be with your federal government administration, as they are responsible for the tariff policies and import duties applied to shipments entering the country. I paid over $20 in shipping cost and there wasn't a spec of bubble wrap to be found in my package. Just thinly wrapped in packing paper. I'm not sure what the seller thought would happen. We reached out to you a few weeks ago to try to make this right by offering either a refund or a replacement. We guarantee all of our items and always want to ensure the best satisfaction for all of our clients. Unfortunately, we never received a response back from you.
