I ordered four boxes from this show for my mother-in-law and mother for Mother’s Day when I received them the items inside smell like a wet basement there is no visible mold, but they don’t smell fresh. They smell like a wet basement. I contacted seller for a solution since the items were for Mother’s Day and a gift. I didn’t want to wash them ahead of time and remove all the tags. It has been over three weeks and we still don’t have a solution. I suggested a partial refund for a future show. I suggested returning the items for a full refund. Needless to say, I have gone ahead and wash them at this point but still do not have a solution. I absolutely love this vendor and have spent nearly $1000 on their shows and would like to have believed that my business was appreciated and valued. Very disappointed in this outcome. The items were as expected, but with a wet basement smell, I’m unable to gift them. I waited this long to leave the review because I really do like their shows. Awesome picks! Thank you!
