Reviews (33)Very unprofessional I purchased a large geode after shipping and taxes I paid close to $60 for this package. I received it like a 13lb geode came in a flimsy box there was a few broken down peanuts in the bottom of the box the geode was not wrapped in bubble wrap only Saran wrap so it came busted into many pieces. I reached out to the her to ask how to handle it she said send pictures which I did then she said ask whatnot for a refund I did that then she tried fighting the refund. After she got all the proof to ask for a claim with USPS she tried denying my refund. Then she blocked me. I was fine with sending the geode back or getting a replacement or a credit or whatever she said ask for a refund but then I get blocked very unprofessional that's not how you treat your customers.
