It showed up a little strange looking but packaging was good! Well I will do 2 stars instead of 1 since it’s bundled with the others however the main plant I was excited about the red aglaonema did not make it when she came in she had wilted leaves and 2 had fallen off. I have tried and hoped she would recover but she is continuing to die, her roots were not established and I don’t think I’m gonna be able to save her. The Alocasia is doing great, and the fiddle leaf is doing well so far although she is in terrible hard soil and needs repotted asap. I’m so sorry about the red aglaonema, especially since it was the plant you were most excited to receive. I’m glad the Alocasia and fiddle leaf are doing well. I do wish you had reached out when you first noticed an issue, as I wasn’t aware there was a problem and would have been happy to help. I take great pride in carefully preparing and packaging my plants and consistently receive positive feedback. I truly want every customer to be happy, but I can only help make things right when I’m made aware of an issue. everything shipped perfectly.
