Informed seller about it and she ignored me. Finally responded and said she sent my order again but she lied. Never recieved anything. Very unorganized seller Told Terrible. Told her about it. And ignored me 5 ⭐️ even with the delay in shipping, host got it figured out and handled it, Thank you I bought 2 packs of Lorcana. My order never arrived. I reached out and was told the post office sent them back and she was going to print another label. It's been over a month and still no order. I've reached out multiple times and got no response from seller at all. I apparently can't get a refund because it's outside the windows of the seller so I'm out of luck and just got robbed. Great host and vibes. Package came in good condition! Loved it. Was very happy and so was my wife thank you very much 🙏 Great seller and fun stream

Horrible customer service… package shipped over a week after purchase… was told a story about a car accident, and was told it would ship that day… it didn’t nor did it ship the next day Friday… finally after requesting a cancel because it was coming so slow it goes into the mail all of a sudden that next Monday… and I get a message sorry it’s already shipped all sales final.Again I am sorry that you didn’t receive your order sooner. When I tried to explain u said cancel the order and blocked me. Unfortunately you cannot buy a $250 booster box and have it ripped on my live stream and then cancel. That is horrible to even ask for. I’m glad u got your order that you paid for. Unfortunately there are delays in shipping doesn’t mean u get to rip packs and then return them.
