Shipping, cost and packing and just everything. Would 100% recommend I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the order I recently received. The package arrived with all the items damaged, including the Tua Card, which had a noticeable scratch on the front. This level of damage is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism in your handling and packaging.

Cards were shipped protected very well and showed you conditioning of each card I sold to you. I always check over conditioning before selling a card and card was in good condition with no scratch.
