Reached out and they seemed unbothered by the fact the item did not get delivered! I went to my neighbor and asked if they had received it by mistake and no indeed they had not. I then reached back out and they let me know when they ship and I got the vibe they felt like I was being dishonest! Had to pay more for shipping! Let them know they blamed me, their PO and being new. Will not buy again. Only new seller that has been a bit not customer savvy. Love my item! Thank you so so much!! Shipped fast!!
