Unfortunately because of this, the item arrived even more broken and damaged than what I had been expecting The package arrived fine, but there was no filling in the box so it was moving freely. the product didn't fit in the box properly so the corner of it was poking out. and the box was all kinds of mangled and not sealed well. thankfully there was no damage to the product. Super sweet, shipped timely and created shipping label for my stuff the day I bought it! Thank you, Miss Ruby for the amazing bag and for being such a kind seller.
