I get being new to this and not really looking over items well but you cannot claim something is "basically new or GUC for ww" without actually looking at the item. A handful or items were claimed to be "basically new" or "good used condition for only ww" and had stains, over 20 holes on a cuff, or even arrived dirty with stains and stuff caked to the front of it. I was able to get a refund for some of the items but my account was flagged for getting a refund from here even though I spent $5,000 last month on here. So if you are a regular buyer I wouldn't recommend buying preloved from here because most of the items that were claimed to be "good condition" or "basically new" had multiple holes, stains, and food caked on them. I wanted to love it but am very disappointed and honeslty after my account got flagged from getting a refund from this sellers mistakes want to ship the whole box back, I'm livid. I will never buy from this shop again. Do not recommend. Everything was in perfect condition! My son was so excited to see the car/construction bed sheet! Thank you!
